Reqline is job search through your own AI. You tell Claude or ChatGPT what you want in a job, in plain words, and Reqline keeps it as your search criteria. New postings are checked against them five times a day, every employer comes with a rating, and the jobs you save sit on one board your assistant keeps current.
What Reqline does
- keeps what you want in a job as search criteria: roles, place, pay, company size, the industries and companies you skip, and the lowest employer rating you will consider;
- checks new postings from 2,300+ company career sites against those criteria five times a day, which is Day One;
- rates each employer from employee reviews;
- keeps every job you save on a tracker board, by stage.
The service is a free beta. It does not send anything to an employer or contact anyone on your behalf.
Getting started
- Request access. Sign in with your Google account. There is no password to create. An admin reviews each new account before it opens.
- Add the connector. The Claude connector page in your dashboard has an Add to Claude button, and the steps for ChatGPT are on the same page. The outline is below.
- Say what you want. In any chat, describe the jobs you want in your own words. Your assistant saves them as your search criteria and asks about anything still missing.
- Save jobs. Ask it to save a posting you like, or to show your tracker.
The connector
The connector is an MCP server. Adding it lets your assistant read and save your criteria and your tracked jobs inside any chat. It reaches only your own account.
Connecting Claude
The Claude connector page has an Add to Claude button, which opens Claude with the connector URL already filled in. Use it on Claude web or desktop; the iOS app has no option to add a connector, and it reaches your mobile chats once it is connected anyway. Two steps follow:
- Claude shows the name and URL, flagged as having come from an external link. Check them and choose Add.
- Sign in with Google when Claude asks. Use the same account you sign in here with; any other account is refused.
To add it by hand instead, open Customize, then Connectors, in Claude, click +, choose Add custom connector, and paste the URL from the same page. There is nothing to fill in under advanced settings.
Connecting ChatGPT
The same URL works in ChatGPT's developer mode. The steps are on the Claude connector page, under the listing.
Signing in is what identifies you. To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant; access ends there. Your assistant does the reading and writing, so your conversations are governed by its maker's privacy policy and your own settings there, alongside ours. No tool on the server sends your data to a model provider of its own.
What the connector can do
Nine tools, with reads and writes kept separate. Two answer with an interactive card wherever Claude renders MCP apps: showing your tracker returns the board, and the two search criteria tools return a picker whose answers save as you tap them. Elsewhere the same tools answer in plain text.

Search criteria
Say it the way you would to a person: no staffing firms, no gambling, nothing rated under 3.5, remote or two office days at most. Your assistant turns that into criteria: up to seven target titles, where you are based and whether you would move, a pay floor, contract work, company size and stage, office days, travel, level, how old a posting can be, whether reposts count, the industries and companies you skip, and the lowest employer rating you will consider.
Criteria rank your tracker and flag a job that contradicts one. They never delete a job you saved.
Day One
Day One reads the career sites of 2,300+ companies directly, about 90,000 postings a pass, five times a day. Every new posting is checked against your criteria. Postings from staffing firms and job reposters are left out, and so are employers under your rating floor. What passes reaches your tracker as Saved, with the time it was posted, so you can apply the day it goes up.
Employer ratings
Ratings cover 50,000 companies and come from 24 million employee reviews. A rating is the employer's average out of 5. Set a floor in your criteria, and jobs at companies under it are left out of Day One and flagged on your tracker.
The tracker and your email
The tracker holds every job you save, by stage: saved, applied, interviewing, offer, rejected. You can move jobs on the board in the app or ask your assistant to.
If your assistant also has Gmail connected, ask it to check for replies. It reads what employers send back and moves each job to the stage the reply puts it in. Reqline itself never reads your email; your assistant does, with the access you gave it.

Your data
The privacy policy is the full account: what is collected, who processes it, where it lives, and how long it is kept. In short, your data is used to serve you and nothing else. It is never used to train models, never shown to another user, and never sold or shared for advertising.
You can edit anything, delete individual jobs, and delete your whole account from account settings. Account deletion is immediate and unrecoverable. The terms of service cover the rest of the arrangement.

Email support@reqline.app with a question or a bug. Reqline is a free service run by one developer, so replies come as fast as one person can manage rather than on a support contract.
Data requests, corrections, deletions, and privacy complaints go to privacy@reqline.app instead, and are answered on the timelines set out in the privacy policy.
